Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or received in a different condition from what was ordered.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, beauty products, and personal-care products are not eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Artificial jewellery and other eligible products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed for eligible orders. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used for the order.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Products

Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, beauty and personal-care products are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Products without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our support team.

For other return requests, eligibility and applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
